Ezután a pergament kiterítik a napra száradni. Miután a kívánt nedvességtartalom elérte a 10,5-11,5%-ot, a pergamentet megtisztítják, osztályozzák, majd újra válogatják, végül pedig előkészítik a szállításra.

Great Taste 2026
2-Star
Lots of chocolate on the nose from the beans, and the grounds deliver more fruity notes. The coffee gives some sweeter fruit whereas in the mouth the light texture is much brighter and more stringent. It does then round out well on the palate to give a lovely accomplished flavour with more sweet fruit, but a determined sophisticated juicy acidity that compounds the best elements of the flavour profile. The finish is long lasting and holds those elements well, and with milk they are dissipated but still there.
This espresso delivers a vibrant blackcurrant aroma on the nose, with light nuttiness and earthiness. This follows through to the palate with lively, juicy currant acidity, balanced with lingering brown sugar sweetness. The judges enjoyed the defined blackcurrant character of this espresso, with enough sweetness to achieve the balance and length hoped for. Though the acidity proved excessive when paired with coffee, this is a characterful, fruity and balanced espresso.
Even medium roast with a savoury aroma on the ground coffee. The liquor aroma is quite papery and although it is clean and has a high acidy, it is fruity but without sweetness. It is a little earthy at the finish and as the espresso cools it becomes more juicy along with some bitter caramel notes.
The beans have a relatively consistent roast, with a little bit of parchment, but that's not a problem with a washed Kenya. This is a really interesting coffee - very clean, versatile, with some florality akin to elderflower cordial, perhaps. There are caramel notes on the finish - it is rich without being too full on, smooth, not overly complex, but enjoyable.
